The UNOX Wafer Type Butterfly Valve with Stainless Steel Disc is designed for precise flow control and long-term reliability in water treatment, HVAC, and a wide range of industrial piping systems. Thanks to its wafer-style configuration, the valve fits securely between flanges, allowing quick installation and excellent alignment without additional gaskets.

Constructed from heavy-duty ductile iron (GGG-40), the body provides exceptional mechanical strength and durability. The disc, made of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, delivers excellent corrosion resistance for demanding fluid applications. The AISI 420 stainless steel shaft ensures mechanical strength and long service life, while the EPDM seat guarantees a tight, bubble-free seal across varying pressure and temperature conditions.

This butterfly valve is rated for a maximum operating pressure of PN16 (approx. 232 psi) and a maximum temperature of 120 °C (approx. 248 °F), making it suitable for both cold and hot water systems. Electrostatic powder coating further enhances surface protection against wear and corrosion.
