The UNOX Wafer Butterfly Valve Double Acting Pneumatic SS304 Disc is a high-performance automated valve designed for precise and reliable on/off or modulating control in water treatment, chemical processing, HVAC, and general industrial systems.

The valve body is made from GGG-40 ductile iron, providing excellent mechanical strength, while the AISI304 stainless steel disc delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and hygienic properties for demanding applications. A AISI420 stainless steel shaft further increases durability and resistance to wear. The EPDM seat ensures bubble-tight sealing and compatibility with water, air, and a range of mild chemicals.

A double acting pneumatic actuator drives the valve, providing rapid and precise opening and closing through compressed air supply in both directions. This design guarantees positive positioning, high cycle life, and reliable control under frequent operation.

The valve is rated for PN16 (≈232 psi) maximum working pressure and 120 °C (≈248 °F) maximum operating temperature. The wafer type connection complies with ISO 7005-1 / EN 1092-1, allowing easy, leak-free installation between standard flanges. The external surfaces are protected with electrostatic powder coating for long-lasting resistance to environmental effects.
