The UNOX U-PVC Butterfly Valve with 24V DC Electric Actuator is designed for reliable automated flow control in water treatment, chemical processing, aquaculture, HVAC, and many other industrial or commercial applications. Manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (U-PVC / PVC-U), this butterfly valve offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, making it ideal for systems where metallic valves may corrode or contaminate the process fluid.

The integrated 24V DC electric actuator enables remote ON/OFF operation with stable torque and low power consumption, supporting seamless integration into automated control systems and solar- or battery-powered installations. The wafer or lug-style body (depending on model) fits securely between standard flanges for quick, leak-free installation and maintenance.

Rated for working pressures up to PN10–PN16 (≈145–232 psi) and maximum operating temperatures of 60–70 °C (≈140–158 °F), the UNOX U-PVC Butterfly Valve ensures dependable sealing and smooth operation in a wide range of process conditions. EPDM or FKM seats provide bubble-tight shut-off and chemical compatibility with water, weak acids, and alkalis.
