Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve
The UNOX Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve is an all-stainless, heavy-duty shut-off and control valve engineered for water, steam, chemical, and food-grade process systems. Unlike coated or mixed-material valves, this model is manufactured entirely from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and hygienic performance even in aggressive or sanitary environments. It is ideal for food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, HVAC, and marine applications where cleanliness, durability, and long service life are essential.
This butterfly valve provides precise and reliable flow control with a full-bore design that minimizes pressure loss and allows easy cleaning. Its wafer or lug-type flanged connections (ISO 7005-1 / EN 1092-1 PN16 ≈ 232 psi) guarantee a secure, leak-free installation in a wide range of pipeline systems. The compact, lightweight construction simplifies handling and reduces installation costs, while the polished stainless-steel disc and shaft ensure smooth operation with minimal friction.
With a maximum operating temperature of 200 °C (≈392 °F) and working pressure up to PN16 (≈232 psi), the UNOX Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve is designed to perform under demanding conditions. Optional EPDM, NBR, or Viton seat gaskets provide compatibility with various media, including water, steam, mild chemicals, and certain food liquids.
