The UNOX Pneumatic Knife Gate Valve is a heavy-duty industrial valve designed for reliable flow control of liquids containing solids, slurries, and viscous media. Engineered for demanding process environments, this valve provides smooth and efficient operation through its double-acting pneumatic actuator and magnetic piston, ensuring precise and automated shutoff.

The body is manufactured from GGG-40 ductile iron, providing excellent mechanical strength and durability under pressure. The knife blade, made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, ensures corrosion resistance and smooth cutting action through semi-solid materials, making it ideal for wastewater, pulp, and chemical applications.

Equipped with an EPDM, NBR, Viton, or PTFE seat ring, the UNOX Knife Gate Valve provides dependable sealing performance and compatibility with various fluids. Designed to handle working pressures up to 16 Bar (PN16) and temperatures ranging from –10 °C to +110 °C (14 °F – 230 °F), it guarantees long service life and leak-free performance in both pneumatic and manual systems.

Optional features include stainless steel body versions (AISI 304 or 316) for corrosive environments and limit switch or directional control valve attachments for enhanced automation and feedback integration.
