The UNOX Lug Type Butterfly Valve with Iron Disc is designed for dependable on/off and throttling service across water treatment, HVAC, industrial, and chemical applications. Its lug-type body allows secure installation between flanges and makes it suitable for end-of-line isolation or dead-end service. The robust ductile iron (GGG-40) body and nickel-plated ductile iron disc (GGG40.3) provide excellent mechanical strength and superior resistance to corrosion and wear.

This valve ensures smooth operation and tight sealing through an EPDM elastomer seat, while the AISI 420 stainless steel stem guarantees long-term durability. The electrostatic powder-coated surface offers additional protection against environmental factors. With a maximum working pressure of PN16 (approx. 232 psi) and a maximum temperature of 120 °C (approx. 248 °F), it is ideal for a variety of industrial fluids and neutral gases.
