The UNOX Brass Vacuum Breaker (Model UKV-70 D) is engineered to prevent vacuum formation in steam and process systems, protecting equipment from deformation, water hammer, and unstable flow conditions. Built with a durable brass body and stainless steel internal components, it delivers excellent resistance to corrosion and long-term mechanical wear.

With a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (232 psi) and a temperature rating up to 260°C (500°F), this vacuum breaker is ideal for steam lines, heat exchangers, boilers, jacketed vessels, and condensate return systems. Its compact 1/2″ design allows easy integration into existing pipelines without the need for major modifications.

By automatically admitting air into the system under negative pressure, the vacuum breaker stabilizes operating conditions, prevents pipeline collapse, and enhances the reliability and efficiency of high-temperature steam applications.
