Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
Installed or used industrial components (valves, actuators, steam traps, etc.) cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the product is verified.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
For customer-initiated returns (wrong size ordered, not needed, etc.), return shipping cost belongs to the customer.
For returns caused by our mistake (wrong item sent, defective product), UNOX Valve USA LLC covers return shipping.
