The UNOX Lug Type Butterfly Valve With Stainless Steel Disc is engineered for reliable on/off and throttling service in a wide range of industrial applications, including HVAC, water treatment, food processing, and chemical systems. Its lug-type body design allows easy installation between flanges and ensures excellent alignment, making it ideal for end-of-line service or as an isolation valve. The combination of a robust ductile iron body and a stainless steel AISI 304 disc provides outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The lug type butterfly valve is equipped with an EPDM seat that guarantees tight sealing and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
Built to international standards, this butterfly valve delivers excellent flow control with minimal pressure loss. The electrostatic powder-coated body protects against environmental impacts, while the AISI 420 stainless steel stem ensures durability and smooth operation. With a maximum operating pressure of PN16 (approximately 232 psi) and a maximum working temperature of 120 °C (about 248 °F), it is well-suited for a variety of liquids and neutral gases.
