2 Way Motorized Proportional Control Valve For Hot Oil
The UNOX 2 Way Motorized Proportional Control Valve for Hot Oil is designed for precise temperature regulation and secure flow control in high temperature thermal oil systems and other demanding industrial heating applications. This valve combines rugged construction with accurate modulation to ensure consistent operation even under severe working conditions.
Its body is made of GGG-40.3 spheroidal graphite cast iron, offering excellent mechanical strength and thermal resistance. With a PN25 pressure rating (≈363 psi) and a maximum operating temperature of 350 °C (662 °F), it is built to perform reliably in hot oil and similar high-temperature fluids. The Class IV metal-to-metal leakage class ensures dependable sealing, while the Class VI V-pack metal bellows stem seal provides long-term tightness and prevents external leaks.
Powered by a robust electric actuator, the valve is suitable for 220 V AC or 24 V DC supply and features an IP54…67 protection rating, keeping the actuator safe from dust and water ingress. In case of a power outage, the actuator holds its last position, maintaining system stability. The flanged connections comply with DIN 1092-2 (PN16), allowing easy installation in industrial pipelines. Optional accessories, such as limit switches and special high-temperature configurations, can be integrated for enhanced process control.
