The UNOX 220 V AC Stainless Steel Threaded Ball Valve with Electric Actuator – 3 Way T-Port is an advanced, automation-ready valve engineered for multi-directional mixing, diverting, or distributing flows in complex piping systems. The T-shaped bore allows multiple flow patterns—mixing two inlets into one outlet, splitting one inlet into two outlets, or redirecting flow between any two ports—making it ideal for chemical processing, food & beverage, HVAC, water treatment, and industrial automation applications.

Built entirely from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, the 3-piece full-bore body ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, long service life, and minimal pressure drop. The design allows the center section to be removed without disturbing the threaded pipeline connections, simplifying cleaning, inspection, and seat replacement. BSP or NPT threaded ends enable quick, leak-free installation.

The high-torque 220 V AC electric actuator provides precise on/off or modulating control and is IP67-rated for dust and water protection. Optional limit switches, position feedback (4–20 mA or 0–10 V), and manual override add flexibility for automation and process safety. PTFE/Viton seats and seals offer outstanding chemical compatibility and tight shut-off. The valve is designed for working pressures up to PN63 (≈ 915 psi) and operating temperatures from −20 °C to +180 °C (≈ −4 °F to +356 °F), ensuring reliable performance in demanding service conditions.
